After being with Lugh yesterday I got some channeled message from Cernnunus through Ember who gave it Jen who gave it to me. It was different way of looking at my work with him. He encouraged me to attack and hunt him. I have fought with gods like sparring, wrestling a bit. Often the god´s initiative. Actually I have start a fight with Cernnuns, the second last time I came to Him. I was pissed cause i had been disturbed in my painting by him so i hit Him a couple of times. Then he asked me to channel him, which I managed to get away from.

I got a mail from Fala a reading and her translation of what the channeling I got from Cernunnus almost 2 years ago. It feels good to know what Cernunnus want, It made Him seem more gentle less cruel. Not sure how to proceed, but yeah more meditation and continue with dbt and the art. continue with my life. Exercise is supposed to be just as good as medication both antidepressant and sedactive stuff like zanax. Lets hope it is true I am off meds since 3 weeks. I have taken some valerian pills at times. The problems is that panicattacks anxiety issues can be too strong for me to anything but hopefully dbt will fix it.

I find what Ember passed on rings true to me, regarding Cernunnos doing nothing and saying nothing but standing before you and letting you project your own issues onto him.

yeah, at first I didnt wanna do it, cause I felt it was just from myself but the fears takes over and build their own images then I act. I try to use mindfullness and distraction from dbt , I dont deny the fears/images or try to kill it. I try distract myself with stuff I need to do, remain calm but it is harder then it sounds. But it does feels better, that it is from myself. Not him that is looking agressive, naked threatening.

Thanks for info. i have meditated on Elen of the ways, It is a chapter about Her in the book Ladies of the Lake of the Lake by Caitlin Mattews. Very interested, I often got that chapter up when i would randomly just look in the bok on what I should meditate work on. So she is only Goddess with antlers. Interesting I was curious about a picture of a Goddess, she had that on an altar in the Goddess temple in Glastonbury Avalon. I didnt know how too ask I just sat down prayed meditated. I miss the temple.
