channeling after being home resting, and samhain plans

I was at work yesterday, after being home 3 days. I was too stressed out needed to rest and prepare for the new year at samhain that is approaching. My boss overjoyed that I was back yesterday he said serveral times how wonderful it was to have me back, i really wanted me to get that. it was so much to do. i stressed so much that i pain right over my liver then it moved to my stomach where it usually is. It madse me panic and prayed to The Goddess that I wont be sick. I managed to handle it, but promised myself to eat better healthier, drink more of those healthy veggie juices, teas for my liver, gall, kidneys. Hopefully I can do more exercising soon cause it makes me feel better at handling stress, and I really need to more yoga. Perhaps each day I come home after and stressful day.

After work I messaged my friend whom I will be channeling The Morrigan for tonight. I prepared the brew and offerings for Her, I ate 2 veggieburgers then went to bed slept 3 hours woke up totally lost. I checked fb messages did yoga, invoked Her, meditated then I channeled Her. I was lost most of it, I remember some of it, and felt like I have no idea what is going on, what is happening. She was calm and happy to talk to my friend through me then I spoke to Her. It was awesome to talk to Her, it has been awhile since the last time, when I was in Avalon/Glastonbury.

Tomorrow I will go to Brosarp and do some rituals for Samhain and the rest of rituals will be done next week tuesday- Hecate, wednesday separete ritual for the Morrigan after I celebrated with the other Gods, thursday with Morgana. These Samhain plans can be changed though.
