Thoughts are swirling in my head. I have heard stuff that refused to accept in the past. Nothing that I havent heard earlier or havent posted here. I feel worried about my health, I think it is just digestion problems perhaps some gastric catarrs and panicattacks, which makes me feel very sick and tired so I sleep much. I just feel so upset at myself, I hate myself. I should be more active, paint and write more, dont eat stuff that makes my body sick. Another weekend of freetime to waiste arrgh.

My nutritionist has pointed out many times that any improvement counts as improvement.

If I'm supposed to cut back on refined flour, and I used to eat it in every meal, and now only eat it in one meal a day or less, that's a huge improvement. But it feels like I suck because I "cheat" on my "diet" almost every day, eh?

Except it's a more than 50% reduction in my refined flour intake! Dammit, THAT COUNTS!

I've also noticed that you overeat sugar most of all after hanging out with your mother and sister. It seems they encourage you to share sugary foods. Perhaps it would help to anticipate that, perhaps to say, ok I'll eat healthy the rest of the time and take a break when I hang out with them.
