camillanightshadeI can get job for a whole year more at the bakery. I never called the union in january as planned, I hesitated cause I didnt work so much overtime for a couple of weeks, and I only have job until the last february. In sweden honest good companies, workplaces have deals with the union, rules for everyone to follow. That ensures that the emrployee gets right pay, overtime money, paid vacation. If the company dont have any deal with the union, The employee has less rights, gets no overtime money, less paid vacation. I talked to union yesterday but a bit late, the guy I spoke too wasnt at his office. He wants me to call on monday, he wants to check out the bakery and talk to my employer. I am a bit worried cause this may mean that I may not get the job. The union they wanna talk to him before I sign any contracts. I know it is for my benefit, cause they wanna ensure that the contract is legal and stuff like that. But if it means that I wont get any more then I am not sure cause I woul still get 2900$ a month, that is much money. So perhaps it is stupid to call the union. I am just a bit scared of being abused. My boss is very manipulative and probably a psycopath. It can be dangerous, but with the union to back me up, I have more rights. I am protected and they charge me a fee every month for being a member. My employer hates the union and this may be causing me too loose the job. Then again my boss does need me there so he me just be annoyed and angry´a few weeks then get over it. The agency are powerless, and they trust my boss words to much. Any thoughts about this situation.
I am going to channel The Morrigan on saturday next week. If you have any questions let me know, I will give them to Her. I feel good about doing the channeling. It was a while since the last time. It often makes things more clear and I love talking to Her like that a couple of times a year. I will actually call on the Morrigan tonight and ask Her to help me with this, and may even channel cause I need to hear Her, feel Her strength and power, since i got the free years 1½ year ago I love it when She encircles me, is arround me. It scares me sometimes that the path with Her is hard, but there is no reason to not be fighting for my rights, get a better life. Cause it may be what She wants. i doubt she is in the way for me, She may be encouraging me to call the union fight for better conditions etc. hard path with Her and other gods dont have to mean live on the worst terms, suffer as most as possible. That is just my fears.
